The CuMg core of this wire has a high conductivity. The surface which supports the flushing conditions is very advantageous for cutting high workpieces (>4"). There are also advantages for cutting graphite and AI-alloys. Since this wire is highly resistant to breakage, it is ideal for unattended productions runs.
This wire is not suitable for AWF and has limited suitability for skim cutting. It is specified for the following AGIE machine models: AC100, 200, 300, 100D, 200D, 300D; 20, 50, 70 AC Sprint series.
