This wire, which was developed for EDMs with high-power generator, guarantees high cutting rates. Compared to BRONCO CUT Type X, the higher tensile strength of Type HX will make possible greater vertical precision. Except for the following CHARMILLES machine series for which it is specified, this EDM wire is suitable for automatic threading and taper cutting only to a limited extent: ROBOFIL 2000, 4000, 6000, 2020, 4020, 6020, 300 and 310.
