Single Source Technologies Introduces NS Tool Micro Ball Endmill
AUBURN HILLS, MI – September 2008 – Single Source Technologies introduces a new tool from NS Tool, the Micro Ball Endmill, the world’s smallest ball endmills at 0.01mm diameter. These new cutters will allow shops to extend their capabilities of precision machining.
The “Micro Ball” series, NSMB100, offers sizes from 0.01mm to 0.1 mm diameter. NS Tool’s other series feature size ranges of 0.1mm to 12mm diameter, ensuring tools are available for every application. Finer surface finish can be achieved with NS Tool’s original “R” design feature.
NS Tool’s Micro tools also include square endmills that start at 0.01mm diameter. All tools in the Micro series are made of super micro grain carbide.
